I’m playing on Switch so unable to upload a save file. I’ve gone through everything but can’t see where to tick that my house is fully upgraded?

Possibly missing something obvious - but where can I mark that I have the golden clock on my farm? Not showing up in the perfection tab. Thanks!

In the fishing tab the clam is not marked as caught when it is. Maybe a bug?

I can't seem to find a way to update the save file. do I need to delete the one I have and reupload it?
