It seems to be partially broken as they periodically get wiped from the stored save :/ Might not be an issue when uploading saves but when tracking manually (console), they get reset after some time (maybe updating some other category, haven't pinned it down).

This was just fixed, thank you so much for letting me know! There was an issue with how the rarecrows were being stored, after tracking it down you shouldn't face that issue anymore :)
