I would LOVE for a way to count up (similar to crops) with how many walnuts I've found when it's a x5.

As it stands, a lot of the walnut sources can't really track using stardew.app and they are possibly the most annoying ones since the other ones are pretty straightforward to check if in doubt.
The following elements track multiple walnuts which are actually gathered over time yet merely provide a boolean Complete/Incomplete state:
- Field Office Mammal Skeleton Reward (6x)
- Field Office Snake Skeleton Reward (3x)
- Winning Darts Minigame (3x)
- Breaking Volcano "Barrels" (5x)
- Mining Stones in Volcano (5x)
- Killing Monsters in Volcano (5x)
- Harvesting Crops on Island Farm (5x)
- Breaking Shell Stones on Island Farm Beach (5x)
- Fishing on the Island (5x)
For a total of 42 walnuts which can't properly be tracked out of 130; that's about a third of all walnuts...
